Résumé: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for tusk in European Union and international waters of V, VI and VII by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. In addition, it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 13 August 2012.
