Commission Regulation (EU) No. 769/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for alfonsinos in EU and international waters of III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of Portugal.

Due to exhaustion of the allocated quota, this Regulation prohibits fishing for alfonsinos in European Union and international waters of III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Portugal. Moreover it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 28 July 2012.
