Résumé

This Regulation lays down some amendments to article 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 211/2013 as regards certification requirements applicable to consignments of sprouts or seeds intended for the production of sprouts imported into the European Union and originating in or dispatched from third countries. The model certificate laid down in the Annex is also replaced.
