Résumé

This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 by replacing the text in Annex I, which lays down the list of products excluded from the definition of fishery products. Moreover, it lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1010/2009 as regards prior notification templates, benchmarks for port inspections and recognized catch documentation schemes adopted by regional fisheries management organizations.
