Entry into force notes: The Regulation enters into force on 7 February 2014.

Résumé: The fishing quota allocated to Belgium for fishing for skates and rays in European Union waters of IIa and IV is deemed to be exhausted as from 17 December 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock from that date to fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
