Résumé

This Regulation implements Regulation (EC) No. 199/2008, which sets out a Community framework for the collection, management and use of data for the purpose of establishing a solid basis for scientific analyses of fisheries and for providing the formulation of sound scientific advice for the implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy. These implementing rules deal with the minimum content of the multiannual national programmes to be adopted by Member States and the submission of an annual report on fisheries, as well as with management of data relevant to this sector.
