Résumé

This Regulation lays down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 861/2006 as regards the European Community financial contribution for expenditure incurred by Member States in implementing monitoring and control systems applicable to the Common Fisheries Policy in the period from 2007 to 2013. As a general rule, Member States wishing to receive a financial contribution for expenditure must notify to the European Commission an annual fisheries control programme by 31 January of each year.
