The Regulation entered into force on 20 April 2008.

Résumé

This Regulation lays down the amounts and rules for payment of the fees and charges levied by the European Chemicals Agency, as provided for in Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). The fees are those related to the registration and update of registration to the European Chemicals Agency.
