Résumé: The present Regulation approves the active substance penthiopyrad for use in plant protection products, subject to the conditions specified in Annex I. The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011 is supplemented by inserting the entry in penthiopyrad, as set out in Annex II hereto.
