Entry into force notes: This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 28 January 2022.

Résumé: The list of variations not requiring assessment are listed in the Annex. All necessary conditions and most current documentation requirements are set out in the list to ensure that the variations not requiring assessment do not present a risk to public health, animal health or the environment.
