The Directive came into force on 19 November 2001.

Résumé

In Annex I to Directive 76/769/EEC, point 41 shall be replaced by the point contained in the Annex hereto, which prescribes that hexachloroethane may not be used in the manufacturing nor in the processing of non-ferrous metals.
