Résumé: This Regulation lays down provisions supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 concerning the European Union support for rural development, which is financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). These supplementing provisions regard among others: young farmers; farm and forest exchange schemes and visits; farm and business development; afforestation and creation of woodland; agri-environment-climate; conservation of genetic resources in agriculture and in forestry; animal welfare; commercial loans to mutual funds and investments.
