Résumé

This Decision allows the placing on the market the product described with detail in article 1. The product concerned consists of inbred lines and hybrids derived from a maize (Zea mays L.) line transformed using certain plasmids referred therein. Without prejudice to other labelling required by Community legislation, the label of each package of seeds shall indicate that the product: (a) protects itself against corn borers; and (b) has increased tolerance to the herbicide glufosinate-ammonium.
