Résumé

This Decision amends Directive 88/407/EEC by entirely replacing Annex D, which lays down models of certificates for trade of semen of domestic bovines within the European Community. Furthermore, Annexes I and II to Decision 2004/639/EC are replaced by the text in Annex II to this Decision. Annex I lays down the list of third countries from which Member States may authorize the importation of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species; Annex II sets out model veterinary certificates for imports and transits of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species.
