Résumé: The present Decision lays down the questionnaire to be used by the Member States for the purpose of drawing up the annual reports to be submitted to the Commission on the implementation of Directive 2003/87/EC. The questionnaire aims at establishing a detailed account of the application by the Member States of the chief measures laid down in that Directive.
