The land so vested to the Board may be sold and a sum equivalent to the value of the same parcel of land before reclamation shall be paid by the Board to the competent Authority; or the same land may be leased or mortgaged or used for any development scheme (road building, water drainage or supply etc.) Texte intégral Anglais
