Résumé This Circular amends and supplements a number of articles of Circular No. 01/2007/TT-BKHCN guiding the implementation of the Government's Decree No. 103/2006/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property concerning industrial property, which was amended and supplemented in Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BKHCN of July 30, 2010, and Circular No. 18/2011/TT-BKHCN of July 22, 2011.
