Article 2 establishes that the Act regulates the nationwide uniform distribution of subsidies to cover costs resulting from generation of electricity in CHP plants. Funding is available for the following areas: 1) Covering part of costs for operating CHP plants for public district heating supply; 2) Granting funds for new CHP plants with the exception of article 12.
