For this purpose, the Pohnpei State Farmers’ Revolving Fund is established. The Fund shall be administered by the Administrator of the Office of Economic Affairs. The Chapter also authorizes the financing out of the general fund of the treasury of programs to improve copra production, the pepper development program and rice production.
