The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the reserve: (a) hunting; (b) construction of buildings, structures, roads and pipelines, power lines and other communications that impede the preservation, restoration and reproduction of wild fauna species and habitat thereof; (c) landfill arrangement; (d) burning of vegetation and stubble; (e) storage of pesticides, mineral fertilizers, plant protection products, growth stimulants outside specially equipped warehouses, as well as the use of mineral fertilizers without embedding them in the soil; (f) prospecting, blasting and drilling operations, exploration and mining; (g) construction and operation of waterworks; (h) arrangement of tourist sites and camps, laying of tourist routes that prevent the preservation, restoration and reproduction of wild fauna species and habitat thereof; (i) loose keeping of dogs; and (j) movement of citizens on the territory of the reserve on ATVs, snowmobiles and motorcycles off public roads. Hunting (capture) of wild fauna species for the purpose of resettlement, selection shooting in the reserve shall be carried out in the prescribed manner under permits issued by a specially authorized body of the Belgorod region. On the territory of the reserve shall be authorized hunting (capture) in the following cases: (a) to regulate the number of wild fauna species (in the case when, due to the high number, wild fauna species begin to harm natural complexes); and (b) in the event of an epizootic of diseases that threaten the life and health of the population, wild fauna species, etc. The regulation of the number of wolves, foxes and other wild fauna species shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation on wild fauna, under the supervision of the staff of the specially authorized body of the Belgorod region.
