Résumé There is constituted by this Act a corporation under the name of the Central Coast Water Corporation. The principal objectives of the Corporation are as follows: to promote the efficient delivery of water supply, sewerage and drainage services for the long-term interests of consumers with respect to price, quality, safety, reliability and security of supply, to maximise water conservation, demand management and the use of recycled water, to be a successful business, to exhibit a sense of social responsibility by having regard to the interests of the community in which it operates,and where its activities affect the environment, to conduct its operations in compliance with the principles of ecologically sustainable development contained in section 6 (2) of the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991.
