The publishing of pesticide advertisements shall comply with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state on pesticide administration. No advertisement shall be published for the pesticides without being approved by the state for registration. The contents of pesticide advertisements shall be consistent with the contents of the Pesticide Registration Certificate and the Pesticide Registration Announcement, and the scope of such advertisements shall not be expanded without authorization. The approval number of a pesticide advertisement shall be included in the advertising content and released at the same time. Pesticide advertising in violation of these standards, may not be designed, produced by advertising operators and published by the advertisement publisher.
