Résumé The present Ordinance contains provisions regulating the periodical examination of cattle to detect enzootic leucosis. The periodic examination has to be carried out on 20 % of the animals in each region over a period of 2 years. The text consisting of 12 articles deals with the following matters: definition of terms, sampling organs, places of sampling, tasks of the National Reference Laboratory for leucosis, sampling procedures and laboratory methods, diagnosis and suspect cattle, data collection, penalties and final provisions.
