Résumé

The present Regulations enforce the Farm Products Agencies Act (R.S. 1985, c. F-4). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of a quota system by which quotas are assigned by Provincial Commodity Boards to turkey producers for the marketing of turkey in interprovincial and export trade. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Interpretation (2); Application (3); Marketing prohibitions (4); Quotas (5); Allotments (6); Periodic allotments (7); Overmarketing (8); Information (9). One Schedule is enclosed.
