The text – consisting of 51 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: designated office, preliminary consultations, notification and determination of parties participating in an environmental assessment, cooperative environmental assessments, accommodating interest, relationship of this Agreement to aboriginal agreements, accommodating transboundary concerns, revision and duration of the present Agreement.
