Résumé This Regulation consisting of 43 articles divided in IV Chapters specifies the competencies of the General Directorate of Plant Protection at the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation. In particular it is responsible for constituting the Plant Health Committee in charge for evaluating plans relating to the implementation of plant quarantine; proposing projects to regulate plant quarantine decisions; studying topics related to contingencies; reviewing lists of plant pests and proposing any necessary variations based on results of the surveys from the quarantine stations in the various provinces.
