There are the following types of special permits (licences): a special permit (licence) for the distribution of the first, the second and the third registration class plant protection products; and a special permit (licence) for the distribution of the third registration class plant protection products. A special permit (licence) shall be necessary for each point of trade or storage of plant protection products.
