State support in 2023 in the form of subsidies shall be allocated for the following purposes: (a) animal breeding (cattle, swine, sheep, equine animals); (b) crop production, including development of plant genetic resources and seed production; and (c) elaboration of food quality schemes. Rural support service: (a) posts information on the procedure for granting and disbursing support on its website; (b) evaluates the compliance of the applicant's application with the established requirements; and (c) randomly checks not less than one percent of aid recipients, including state institutions and state capital companies, if no other control procedure is specified in this regulation.
