It further lays down, among others, general requirements for preparation, submission and examination of industrial accident prevention documentation; procedures for the submission and assessment of industrial accident prevention programme and safety report; procedures for adjustment and supplementation of industrial accident prevention programme and safety report; procedures for development, submission, assessment and adjustment of civil protection plan of the establishment; procedures for development and adjustment of civil protection plan of the off-establishment; assessment of domino effect and requirements for establishments that may cause domino effect or be affected by such effect; requirements for determination of safety distances and territory use restrictions around establishments; availability of information and informing of the public regarding safety and precaution measures; and action and measures in the case of an industrial accident or threats thereof and after the industrial accident.
