A Committee shall be established for management and coordination among different Ministries and administration bodies for protection of wetlands and prevention of damages, observation on water supply for the wetlands, national protection plan, giving proposal for ratification and amendments of the legal requirements, assessing operation of governmental bodies and making requirements for ecosystem and local habitants. The Ministry of Energy is in charge to supply water for the wetlands by giving the second priority to it after drinking water. Giving license for exploration and exploitation in the wetlands or the rounding areas is with the Department of Environment. The By-Laws further refers to the damages that may incur to the wetlands through disposal of contaminants, wastes, sewage disposal, excavation and embankment. This By-Laws is amended on the dated 20 February 2022 with few changes in Articles 1 and 3 regarding observation over the management plans, license issuing and damages.
