Moreover, heating systems shall be produced, and marketed and run according to the latest technical standards in such a way that they shall: 1) not endanger the life of people or their well-being; 2) not harm or negatively influence animals and plants and the natural eco system; and 3) prevent harmful effect on the environment. Part 1 deals with objectives and principles, sphere of application, general requirement for fuels and technical requirements for heating systems. Part 2 concerns bringing into circulation of small heating systems, inspection report, refusal to issue report on inspection, technical documentation and approval of inspection reports and authorization. Part 3 focuses on bringing into circulation of special heating systems, conformity proceedings, marking and authorized offices. Part 4 regards establishment, major changes and inspection of heating systems and instruction to run heating systems. Parts 5 deals with inspection of heating systems, inspection organs, entitled persons and person under a duty, use of property and duty to give information; and Part 6 concerns competent authorities, penalties, transitional provisions, entry into force and comments on notifications.
