Résumé The objects of this Act are to reserve forested land in the Brigalow and Nandewar area to create a Community Conservation Area that provides for permanent conservation of land, protection of areas of natural and cultural heritage significance to Aboriginal people and sustainable forestry, mining and other appropriate uses, and to give local communities a strong involvement in the management of that land.
