The Authority shall, in general, supervise and coordinate all development activities in each of the border provinces. It shall, among other things, be instrumental in the implementation of capital works, infrastructure and socio-economic programs in respect the transformation of border provinces into agro financial sector by developing their respective natural resources and water and sewerage works.
