Résumé The present Regulation establishes that a producer who sells bison must pay to the Commission a service charge per head of bison sold by that producer. Whereas a dealer who in the ordinary course of business as a dealer feeds or owns bison for a period of not more than 7 days is deemed not to be a producer and is not liable to pay the above-mentioned service charge.
