Entry into force notes
These regulations enter into force as follows: a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day of their publication; b) the rest of the regulations on the day after their publication.
Résumé

These Regulations, consisting of 20 Sections divided into four Parts, regulate Biosecurity and Agriculture Management in particular for matters related to Quality Assurance and Accreditation. These Regulations are divided as follows: Part 1 Preliminary; Part 2 Export certificates, establishing that on request by a person, an inspector may give the person an export certificate (or offences and penalties) in relation to any of the following (the certified thing): animals; agricultural products; potential carriers; animal feed; and fertilisers; Part 3 Accreditation to give assurance certificates, when person authorised under accreditation may give assurance certificate; Part 4 Transitional provisions.
