Résumé These Regulations, consisting of 222 Sections divided into twelve Parts, regulate State biosecurity and agriculture management by providing the means to control the entry, establishment, spread and impact of organisms that have or may have an adverse effect on other organisms, human beings, the environment or part of the environment, or agricultural activities, fishing or pearling activities carried on in the State; to control the use of agricultural and veterinary chemicals; to establish standards to ensure the safety and quality of agricultural products; and to raise funds for biosecurity-related purposes.
