Biodiversity Action Plan Decision (PM Decision No. 845/TTg, 1995).

This Decision concerns approval of the Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) for Vietnam with the long-term and immediate objectives (art. 1). Activities must be implemented under a project format with detailed objectives, contents, location, scale, duration and outputs. Project must be pre-assessed before funding decision (art. 2). MOSTE is the key Organization in implementing the BAP. MOSTE has the responsibility to contact and discus with the concerned Ministries, sectors and local agencies in implementing the BAP. The People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government have the responsibility to implement this Plan within their area.
