Résumé These Regulations amend regulation 3(2) of the Biocidal Products Regulations 2001 and regulation 3(2) of the Biocidal Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001. The effect of the amendment is to provide for the charging provisions in those Regulations to apply to biocidal products which contain an existing active substance.
