The Government shall frame a scheme which may specify the requirements to perform this activity, as follows: norms of spatial planning for earmarking vending zones or adequate space for street vendors in the related planning; principle for determination of vending zones; condition under which private places may be designated as vending zones by the Municipality; grant, renewal, suspension or cancellation of a registration certificate for street vendors; levy and collection of fees for the grant and renewal of a registration certificate and fines for contravention; terms and conditions of, allotment of stalls to the registered street vendors; grant, renewal, suspension or cancellation of a license; levy and collection of fees for licensing; terms and conditions for street vending including public health and hygiene, etc. Texte intégral Hindi/Anglais Site web www.lawsofindia.org
