Every container or vessel, carrying any commodity or product listed in the Schedule, which needs quarantine inspection at a private warehouse or storage facility and for which Customs entry forms have been stamped ”visual inspection required”, shall not be allowed to leave any air or sea port unless accompanied by a container application from the Authority and a Quarantine Inspector.
