The text – consisting of 14 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: interpretation, administration, Natural Resources Advisory Council, agreements to manage or preserve land, acquisition of land, authorized services, studies and research, educational programmes, prohibited removal of sand , powers of peace officer, offence.
