Part 3 regulates the Tribunal functions, and is mostly repealed. Part 4 classifies as direct and indirect and also lists the grounds of discrimination, these include gender, breastfeeding, disability, etc. Moreover, Part 4 identify prohibited conducts, and other forms of discrimination such as sexual harassment, victimization, inciting hatred, etc. A section is dedicated to the application of the Act to certain areas and activities, such as in the employment context.
