Résumé

Part 2 regulates the appointment of the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner providing for functions powers and processes for delegation. Part 3 regulates the Tribunal functions, and is mostly repealed. Part 4 classifies as direct and indirect and also lists the grounds of discrimination, these include gender, breastfeeding, disability, etc. Moreover, Part 4 identify prohibited conducts, and other forms of discrimination such as sexual harassment, victimization, inciting hatred, etc. A section is dedicated to the application of the Act to certain areas and activities, such as in the employment context. Part 5 is exceptions and exemptions. Part 6 dispute resolution.
