The Market Master may give directions for purposes of "cleanliness, order and regularity" to persons present on the market and may order removal of persons who fail to obey such directions. The Market Master may also prescribe opening hours and places of livestock markets. Secondary and border markets are specified in the First Schedule. The Second Schedule prescribes market fees.
