Any inspector appointed under these regulations shall serve for a term of five years and may be eligible for re-appointment. The Regulations set out in detail the duties and powers of inspectors in respect of animal diseases and prescribe offences. The Report prepared by an inspector under section (26) of the Act shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule. The veterinary authority shall consider the report submitted under these regulations and may where necessary make recommendation and submit the report together with the recommendations to the Director.
