Résumé

These Regulations, of seven chapters, make provisions and establish procedures for the regulation of Artificial Insemination in Small Ruminants in Israel. Chapter A gives definitions and prohibits the operation of any Insemination institute unless according to these Regulations. Section (3) prohibits from a person to sell or distribute any ruminant semen in Israel unless semen was produced by an authorized institute and according to these Regulations. Section (4) ruminant semen shall be delivered from an authorized institute to a ruminant breeder for insemination purposes. Chapter B deals with authorizations and requirements for the establishing and operating procedures of an Insemination Institute. Chapter C regards distances and building requirements for an Institute. Chapter D deals with operational and maintenance norms. Chapter E provides with insemination procedures. Chapter F deals with registry and reporting procedures. Chapter G gives general information.
