Résumé The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the introduction of animal diseases in Germany. The text provides for animal disease pathogens, facilities in which the structural and technical requirements for working with animal disease pathogens are in place and their managers or representatives responsible for carrying out this work, companies in which sera, vaccines or diagnostic agents are produced or research is carried out using animal disease pathogens. The text consists of 9 Articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Intra-community circulation and introduction of animal diseases (II); Shipment and importation of vaccines and antigen preparations containing animal disease pathogens (III); Penalties (IV); Final provisions (V).
