The Act declares that the works and undertakings of Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co., Limited, in the Flin Flon mineral area on both sides of the boundary between Manitoba and Saskatchewan, are works for the advantage of two or more of the provinces. Nothing in this Act affects the operation of any Act of a province in relation to compensation for injuries sustained or industrial diseases contracted by workers in the course of their employment.
