Résumé: The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to state funding of the infrastructure of the Alps taking into account the interest of the environment, nature and landscape protection, and in particular the: a) promotion requirements and tax bases and level of support services; b) procedure of support services to alpine owners. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Government subsidies (II); Organization (III); Legal remedies (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V). One Annex is enclosed.
