Résumé

This Act provides special requirements for the handling of alcohol, restrictions on the consumption of alcoholic beverage, organisation of state supervision over compliance with the special requirements and restrictions, and liability for violations of this Act. Special requirements are requirements which apply to operations performed with alcohol in addition to the provisions of other legislation. According to the Act, alcohol means a food group consisting of spirit and alcoholic beverages. The Act further provides for special requirements for handling of alcohol; restrictions on consumption of alcoholic beverage; state supervision; and liability.
