Résumé The present Regulation enacts the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. The Regulation applies to: a) all persons who grow, produce, market or process the regulated product in a district, and b) all classes, varieties, sizes, grades and kinds of the regulated product. Section 7 establishes that the Board must establish and maintain at its head office a list of licensed producers and must assign a licence number to each licence held by the producer.
